Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach

Bianca is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Women's Coaching Specialist, and firmly believes that there's a place in the gym for everybody in every body. Having found strength training after a major injury in 2014, Bianca became passionate about using movement as a means to feel capable, both inside and outside of the gym. 

Having felt the ways in which strength shaped her own confidence, Bianca got her personal training certification in 2018, and has since done numerous other certifications, as well as worked in every atmosphere from group fitness, to training clients in their 80s, to collegiate strength and conditioning at a D1 university. In college, she also engineered her own major in order to study the overlap between the wellness world and social justice, focusing particularly on eating disorders & body image, female athletes, and making wellness accessible. She values creating a version of fitness that works for each individual client, and doesn't believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' model. 

Her training style centers on targeting imbalances, reducing pain, gaining strength, and working towards a body that each client feels confident in, whatever that means to them. She has also been fortunate enough to work with clients on regaining strength and mobility post-gender affirming surgeries, and always works hard to make the weight room a space that feels safe and open for the LGBTQIA+ community. 

Outside of the gym, she can likely be found reading, listening to a true crime podcast, or petting her dog.
