Alan Goldsmith

Alan Goldsmith is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher and Co-Founder of TRAIN: Personal Training and Yoga Studio, who believes that everyone can accomplish their health and fitness goals with proper guidance and instruction.
Alan developed his own fitness goals in 2004 when he realized that his lack of muscle tone and flexibility challenged his ability to maintain an active lifestyle in the LGBTQIA+ community. With a strong desire but limited knowledge of exercise, Alan became a student of fitness and studied countless professional journal articles and blogs. Practicing various workout routines to find the ideal program for his body, Alan discovered a passion for physical fitness prescription and now, as a certified personal trainer and registered yoga teacher, he dedicates his practice to helping others achieve their personal goals.
Alan’s training regimen centers around helping others lose weight, gain strength, and get fit by focusing on form, active movement, flexibility, and, most importantly, motivation. He specializes in training men and women in the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond who are looking to transform into their strongest, healthiest selves.
In 2017, Alan acquired ownership of Saldare -Body Therapy and Wellness Studio and now is a co-owner of TRAIN. While he continues to train his clients, some of whom he has worked with for years, he also develops business for his varied staff of wellness practitioners.
