Stephen Allison is an award winning trainer with over 15 years experience and Co-Founder of TRAIN: Personal Training and Yoga Studio. He is committed to listening to your story, assessing your body and implementing a smart, efficient program to achieve results. This approach won him ‘Best Trainer 2013’ from the Improper Bostonian.

Stephen is a certified Trainer (NASM, AFAA, ACE), corrective exercise specialist and Yoga instructor with certifications from TRX, Kettle Bell Concepts, Z health, and Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) to name a few. He’s also a run coach who blogs at therunningman.net.

Stephen is also a co-owner of TRAIN. While he continues to train his clients, some of whom he has worked with for years, he also develops business for his varied staff of wellness practitioners.
