Dougie Fife is a former international rugby player turned personal trainer with over a decade of elite-level athletic experience. With 12 years as a professional rugby athlete—including 109 international games representing Scotland—Dougie brings world-class discipline, performance insight, and motivation to every client session.
Dougie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science and multiple diplomas in fitness, health, and coaching. His passion for athletic development led to coaching roles at Harvard University and Mystic River Rugby Club, where he helped athletes sharpen their skills and compete at higher levels.
Dougie specializes in strength and performance training, personalized program design, and goal-based coaching. His approach blends high-performance principles with a focus on mobility, injury prevention, and long-term progress, tailored to meet individuals wherever they are on their fitness journey.
Outside the gym, Dougie spent five years as a global brand ambassador for Adidas UK, gaining experience in media, sponsorship campaigns, and fitness content creation.
