My back was a little stiff today. My spine felt compressed. I’ll show you how I loosened up my back and got .25 inches taller in the process. Click link for video.
First an explanation: The joints in your spine are aligned vertically. Gravity is pushing down on them all day. They are going to get compressed, and when joints are compressed your body becomes weaker and less flexible (click here for proof).
When decompressed you are stronger, flexible… and taller.
