Upon receiving his degree in Exercise Science and his Strength & Conditioning Coach Certification, Bill began working with college and Olympic level athletes. After stints at Northeastern University and the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, he launched a decade-long career in a luxury gym where he trained hundreds of personal training clients and ran the internal education program for other trainers in the Boston area.
Over that time, Bill has had the opportunity to guide clients towards a variety of goals. These ranging from, but not limited to losing 80+lbs, running the Boston Marathon, or adding 100lbs to their deadlift. He does so by taking a comprehensive approach to developing their fitness programming, nutritional strategies, and lifestyle. This helps ensure that clients are taking the most efficient and sustainable strategy towards their goals.
